We work hard to create a vivid, well rounded color pallet for Dust. I recently counted and we are up to 11 colors. Currently, we are in the midst of releasing a new color, Apple Green… and we’re rather excited!
Apple Green is what one would expect… its roughly the color of a Granny Smith Apple. It’s a transparent color, like Turquoise and Crimson. Now, this doesn’t mean you can see through them, but they require a good deal of finesse to apply properly. The result is that transparent paints produce very deep, rich colors. The transparent nature of the Apple Green gives it a very subtle iridescent quality. This is not something many will specifically notice, but even if someone can’t put a reason on why, they will still notice the pop of the Apple Green.
